777xa operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with its licensing obligations. You may be required to submit identity, address, and payment method verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Each individual may maintain only one active account on the 777xa platform. If duplicate accounts are identified, 777xa reserves the right to close all but one account, merge balances at its discretion, and void any bonuses obtained through duplicate registrations. Players who deliberately create multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers will have all associated accounts permanently banned and all balances forfeited.
777xa currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT (TRC-20). All PKR transactions are processed at face value with no currency conversion applied by 777xa. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the account cashier section and are subject to periodic review.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account reviewed for compliance. 777xa does not accept cash payments, money orders, or any anonymous payment instrument.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. 777xa aims to process withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval, subject to verification requirements. 777xa does not charge a platform withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply its own standard charges. Withdrawals cannot be processed until any applicable wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds have been satisfied.
777xa maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures in accordance with its licensing requirements. Deposits and withdrawals may be subject to enhanced scrutiny. 777xa reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any transaction it deems unusual. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities as required by Applicable Law.
777xa offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus Funds are not withdrawable as cash until the stated wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus must be wagered 30 times before withdrawal eligibility is achieved). Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are held separately in the account wallet. Real Money Funds are used first in all wagers unless the Player's account settings specify otherwise.
777xa reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and to close accounts where it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account wallet without notice or compensation.

In summary, 777xa collects personal data to operate your account, process payments, comply with KYC and AML obligations, personalise your experience, and communicate with you about your account and promotions. 777xa does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, 777xa's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
777xa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, even if 777xa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Disclaimer: The 777xa platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 777xa makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may occur with or without advance notice.
777xa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or illegal conduct, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
Upon account closure for cause, 777xa may withhold any balance pending investigation. If an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the verified balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via the most recent payment method on file. If a breach is confirmed, 777xa reserves the right to forfeit the entire balance.
A Player may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 777xa support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible Real Money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following a final compliance review.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xa holds its international gaming licence. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes not resolved through the complaint and dispute resolution procedure outlined below.
